William Wilburn Brown, age 86, of Aplin, Arkansas, passed away September 7, 2012. He was born February 24, 1926, in Deberrie, a son of the late Charles Wilson and Ruth Angeline Williams Brown. He was a row crop farmer and a member of the Aplin Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Nell Howard Brown; daughters, Barbara (Troy) Delk of Perryville, Virginia (Homer) Chitwood of Deberrie, Deborah (Alvin) Bowie of Aplin, Karen (Doug) Brandon of Deberrie; sisters Beatrice Brown Cartright of California, Mary Carlton Brown Ragsdale of California; brother Oscar (Sonny) Brown of Oregon; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Kim Brown; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; and 9 sisters.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Aplin Church of Christ with Charles Smith and Jason Almond officiating with burial at Deberrie Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will recieve friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
