CAVE CITY -- Frank Brown, 93, of Cave City died Sunday, Aug. 7, at Batesville.
Born in Lawrence County, he was a sawmill worker, a World War II Army veteran and a member of Eastside Baptist Church at Lake City.
Survivors include his wife, Cora Penn Brown of Cave City; three stepsons, Boyce W. Penn of Jacksonville, Wayne Penn of Cave City and Vernon Penn of California; two stepdaughters, Nita Oliver of Hot Springs and Jo Ann Barnhart of Kansas City; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel of Cave City, with Gary Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Landcaster Cemetery at Strawberry under the direction of Jackson's Newport Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
