Mary Lucille McElhannon, 96, of Paris died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005, in Charleston. She was a housewife, a devoted mother and grandmother, a sales clerk for many years at The Koret, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris and a member of the St. Joseph Mothers Society. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman S. McElhannon; her parents, Henry and Mary Schmalz Jasper; and a brother, Anton Jasper. Rosary will be 7 p.m. today at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Graveside service and burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Cemetery in Paris. She is survived by three daughters, Norma Burton of Fort Smith, Kay Milhoan of North Little Rock and Patricia Wiggins of Booneville; three sisters, Katherine Eckart of Midwest City, Okla., Marie Van den Houk of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Frances Buksas of Springfield, Mo.; a brother, Gene Jasper of Paris; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
