Mr. Theodus (Theo) Gene Robinson was born May 25, 1953 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Josephine Hawkins.
Theodus worked as a truck driver for over 30 years. He retired from the Arkansas Highway Department in 2008. He was preceded in death by his mother; a very special mother figure, Rosie “Granny” Lee Pillow; two daughters, Josephine and Jacquelyn Robinson; one grandchild; a brother, Joe Lee Hawkins; two special uncles, M.C. & Nathaniel Robinson; a special aunt, Fannie Mae Ross.
Theodus leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Joyce Robinson; one son, Tyrone Pillow; four daughters, Yolonda (Paul) Harris, Sharon (Phillip) Hardwrick, Demetrice (Tim) Woods; Drewnetter (Kristopher) Moore, all of Conway; twelve grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Hawkins-Iyare of Baton Rouge; one brother, Terry Williams of Baton Rouge; grandmother, Etta Mae Robinson of Helena, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Faith In Depth Christian Center, 1174 Markham Street, Conway, AR. Visitation 3-6 p.m. Friday at funeral home. Interment Robinson Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, 910 Walnut Street, Conway. 327-1124. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED....WE CARE."
