Anita Faye (Avery) Brake, of Springfield, MO was born July 10, 1947 in Blue Eye, MO. She departed this life on April 24, 2012 in Springfield, MO, at the age of 64. She is survived by Brandi Brake (daughter), Nelson Brake (son), Brandon Brake (grandson), Anna Vee Avery (mother), Carol Witt (sister), Jim Knight (brother-in-law), Toni Pettit (niece), and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Dale Avery and sister, Betty Knight. She was an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed country music.
