The son of Wyman and Nellie Rollins Vickers, He served in the US Navy during WW11. He was U in marriage to Virginia Schreiner on March 4, 1961. She preceded him in death Dec 14, 2008. He was a pipe fitter and a member of the Local #533, Kansas City, Missouri
