LENON, Henry - Henry Lenon died Sunday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. M.E. Hackler, on West Walnut street after a very brief illness, although he had suffered from an attack of flu early in the winter and had never fully recovered. He was 64 years old and had lived in Rogers the greater portion of his life. He was never married and had made his home with his sister since the death of his mother some thirty years ago. He was born in Indiana June 15, 1865, coming to Rogers from Iowa in 1882, the year after the town was located. He was a lather by profession and worked for many years here with his brothers in law, Fred Taylor and Ben Corkle, who were masons and plasterers. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hackler and Mrs. Ben Corkle of Oklahoma City and Charley Lenon, Rogers. Funeral services were held at the Hackler home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 and were conducted by Rev. J.A. Womack of the Central Methodist church. Burial was in the Rogers cemetery. Funeral arrangements in charge of J.W. Bryant.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Corkle of Oklahoma City were called here the first of the week by the death of Henry Lenon, a brother of Mrs. Corkle. A nephew of Mrs. Hackler, Bob Walker, of Adair, Okla. and his son, George Walker and wife, were also here for the Lenon funeral.
