ROGERS — Bea Lester, age 81, of Rogers, died May 1, 2011, at Bradford House Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Stilwell, Okla., on June 26, 1929, daughter of the late Claude and Marie (Phillips) Ketcher.
She is survived by her daughters, Pam Welch of Fayetteville, Carol Sue Norton of Centerton; sisters, Leta Mae Runyan of Sallisaw, Okla., Eloise Roughton of Pawhuska, Okla., Janet Williams of Rogers; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Lester, who died in 1989; and three children, Judy Kennan, Johnny R. Lester and Mark Lester.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers. Burial will follow in Rogers Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Rogers.
