Mrs. Nora Walker, 73, died at the home of her son, R.L. Blair, October 29, 1942. She was a native of Izard county, born at Lunenburg. She is survived by three sons, J.R. of Little Rock and G.W. and R.B. Blair of Sheridan; two daughters, Mrs. W.W. Taylor of Batesville and Mrs. J. Luther Smith of Little Rock; two sisters, Mrs. P.A. Billingsley of Batesville, and Mrs. R.D. Harris of Melbourne, and a brother, J.H. Landers of Melbourne. Funeral services were conducted at the local Baptist church by Rev. Delbert Garrett and burial was in the Melbourne cemetery.
