Arabelle L. Lester 94, of Clinton, Arkansas died Thursday, March 19, 2009 at her home. She was born April 26 1914 at Fort Gay, West Virginia to the late John H. and Mary B. Vanhoose Loar.
She was married to her loving husband William Murel Lester for 43 years, and was a member of the Formosa Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband William Murel Lester, daughter Muriel Hood, three grandchildren, and one great grandson.
She is survived by three daughters Margie Boyte and husband Curtis of Lakeland, Florida; Myra Lee Nobles and husband Billy W. of Andulusia, Alabama; and Catherine Spicer of Clinton, Arkansas; seventeen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Service 2:00pm Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Arkansas. Clergy: Pastor, Billy Don Crow and Pastor, Earl Goatcher.
Burial will follow at Holley Mountain Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Arkansas.
