An active, well kept cemetery between Greenbrier and Enola in central Faulkner County. From Greenbrier, drive east on Highway 225 for approximately 2.5 miles to junction with Wilson Bottoms Road for approximately 3 miles; the fenced in cemetery is on the left (north) side of the road. Census taken October 8, 1979, at this time the caretakers were responsible for replacing several markers.

Two unmarked graves in the southeast corner of Cadron Valley Cemetery were identified as the burial site of slaves of Jonathan Hardin.
