Frank E. Cowan, Jr., age 66, of Judsonia, Ark. died Monday April 4, 2011 in Searcy. He was born February 9, 1945 to the late Frank E. and Alice Graham Cowan, Sr. in Memphis, Tennessee. Frank was a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church at Joy; he enjoyed watching Westerns and surfing the internet, he also loved to fish. Mr. Cowan is survived by his wife, Margie Baker Cowan; two sons, Matthew and Nathaniel Cowan; two daughters, Shannon (Louis) Froud and Rhonda (Michael) Davis; one brother, Willie Cowman; a sister, Pat (Tony) Griggs; seven grandchildren, Malarie, Cameron, Ty, Cole, Ethan, Mariah, and Melissa. He was a guardian to Hazel Posey. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jody Cowan.
