Judith Ann Hensley, 53, of Siloam Springs died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994, at her home.
Born at Tulsa, Okla., the daughter of Oscar George Miller and Vivian Eloise Elder Miller, she was a computer operator and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Vivian Hager and Treva Hensley; a son, John Hensley; a brother; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be today at Yell Cemetery with Father William Moran officiating. Directions are by the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
