Troy Don Cowan, Jr, 25 of Van Buren passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 in Iowa City, Iowa.
He was a former employee of O.K. Foods in Fort Smith. An graduate of Van Buren High School Class of 2006.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Johnny Ray Aaron, Sr; paternal grandparents, Toy & Nina Cowan, one Uncle John C. Aaron.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Gill Cemetery Arbor with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his son, Landon Robertson; his mother & step-father, Tina & Donnie Adams of Fort Smith; his father, Troy Don Cowan, Sr. of Van Buren; three sisters, Aretha Young and Amber Aaron both of Fort Smith, Violet Wagley of Van Buren; one brother, Wesley Whitham of Fort Smith; Maternal grandmother, Erma House of Van Buren; four nieces and five nephews.
Family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, August 9, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Matt Cooksey, Jessie Moore, Justin "Bubba" Hallman, Dustin "Brother" Hallman, Wesley Whitham, Bob West.
