SPRINGDALE — Norma Frances Milligan Russell, 64, of Springdale died Aug. 17, 2008, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. She was born Oct. 12, 1943, in Wesley to Nolan and Wilma Sloan Laningham.
She worked in retail most of her life and was a member of House of Worship. She married Neil Russell on July 1, 1988.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Edward Milligan.
Survivors include her husband, Neil Russell of the home, three daughters, Brenda Been of Springdale, Christine Davis and husband Harold of Lowell, Nadine Johnson and husband Robert of Foster, Okla.; her son, Dennis Russell and wife Brenda of Clarksville,
Tenn.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Friday at House of Worship with Bill Williams officiating.
