Billy Gene Skaggs, 74, of Bradford, died Sunday November 27, 2011 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born June 6, 1937 to the late Buck and Mary Cooper Skaggs in Patterson. He was an heavy equipment operator for many years.
He is survived by two daughters.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
