Franklin Ed was 51 years old and died in a Clarksville hospital. He was retired from the County Road Department.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda; 2 daughters, Shanna Vaughn of Warren and Jessica Wood of Hartman; a son, Franklin Vaughn of Huntsville, Ala.; 2 stepsons, Shawn and Jonathan Tinsley; his mother, Florence Vaughn; a sister, Mary McElfresh of Oklahoma City; a brother, William Vaughn of OK; and 7 grandchildren.
