Mary Ann Mitchell, 86, Mountain View. She began the sunrise of her life on July 12, 1921 in Tell, Texas. Her parents were Earl and Nola (Quattlebaum) White. The sunset of her life was August 24, 2007.
Mary Ann was a member of the Flatwoods Baptist Church where she enjoyed a ‘card ministry' for ten years. She was a manager with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 35 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and visited Hawaii eleven times.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughter, Betty Yonker and husband Edward; granddaughter, Vickie Hutchins; four great-grandchildren: Joshua and Kelsie Hutchins and Justin and Kolby Yonker and many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
The sunset of her life was preceded by her parents; step-mother, Pearl White, three brothers, Glenn, W.E. and Nolan White and two sisters, Verdis Dorsett and Lucille Moore and one sister-in-law, Alma White.
