Viola Brewer Reeves, 80, of Mtn. View entered into rest on October 22, 2010 in Mtn. View.
Viola was born June 3, 1930 in Mtn. View to Ervin and Rettie (Brown) Brewer.
She was of the Pentecostal faith and homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by five sons, Coy Moore of Mtn. View, Johnny Moore of Delaplaine, AR, Carlos Matlock of Oklahoma City, OK, Jerry Matlock of Mtn. View and Johnny Lee Matlock of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Minnie Roberts of Batesville and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and host of loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Rettie Brewer; husband, Glen Reeves; two sons, Roy James Moore and Gary Matlock; one daughter, Genevieve Wing; three brothers, Joe Brewer, Ulis Brewer and Ed Brewer and one sister, Mayzola Eversoll.
Visitation is 4 – 8 p.m., Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Roller Coffman Chapel, Mtn. View.
Funeral service is 10 a.m., Monday, October 25, 2010 at Roller Coffman Chapel, Mtn. View with Bro Anthony Shipman officiating and interement in Flatwoods Cemetery, Mtn. View.
Pallbearers are Corey Matlock, Michael Matlock, Danny Moore, Johnny Moore, Drayton Turner and Cody Sutterfield. Honorary pallbearers are Isaiah Turner and Junior Matlock.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home, Mtn. View is in charge of the arrangements.
