This is the south half of a double tombstone. A similar marker is on the north half for her husband, Lotus A. Foster, with a vase sitting between the two portions.

Neva Bell Foster of Norfork, Arakansas, daughter of William Dewey and Janie Collins Hardesty was born June 14, 1919, at Blackwell, Texas. She died April 21, 1994, at the Medical Center of Calico Rock at the age of 74.
Mrs. Foster was united in marriage to Lotus Armsto Foster on February 19, 1936, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and to this union four children were born. She spent her working years as a cook for Norfork School. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Norfork Church of Churist.
Mrs. Foster is survived by her husband Lotus, of the home; one daughter, Lottie Lavern Foster of Salem, Arkansas; three sons, Lloyd Glen Foster of Mt. Home, Arkansas, Carroll Henry Foster of Corne, Oregon, and William Franklin Foster of Gold Beach, Oregon; her mother, Janie Hardesty of Astec, New Mexico; one sister, Floretta May Williams of Astec, New Mexico; one brother, Carroll Dewey Hardesty of Astec, New Mexico; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, two brothers, two sisters, and one granddaughter.
Services were April 25, 1994, at Norfork Church of Christ with Brother Larry Dawson officiating.
Pallbearers were Lloyd Foster, Darin Cranford, Derick Foster and Bradley Foster.
Interment was at Galatia Cemtery at Old Joe, Arkansas, under the direction of Howard Funeral Home in Calico Rock, Arkansas.
