Jimmy D. Taylor, 54, of Conway passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. He was born on Saturday, November 2, 1957 in Conway to the late Monroe Ausborn and Clara (Gwatney) Taylor.
Mr. Taylor loved baseball, especially the Cubbies. He enjoyed taking long walks and spending time with his cat.
He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Taylor; brothers, Clarence Taylor (Pat) and Monroe Stansel Taylor; sisters, Diane Morgan; Deborah Cole, Donna Willis (Jim), Georgia Stone (Jim), and Kathryn Kivleheu; and forty-two nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Emma Gwatney, and Monroe and Minnie Taylor; and sister, Julia Graham.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway with Brother Spencer Gambrell officiating. Burial will follow at Hartje Cemetery with Charles Taylor, Larry Taylor, B J Morgan, Billy Banister, Noel Banister, and Ernie Hooten, serving as pallbearers. Kenny Capp, Will Loggins, and J R Hooten will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 19, 2012.
