LOWELL — Linda J. Rogers, 59, a resident of Lowell, Ark., for the past three years, formerly lived in Farmington and Summers, Ark. Linda went to be with her Savior on June 13, 2012, after a 10-month battle with cancer. Linda peacefully passed away at the Circle of Life Hospice Home surrounded by her family.

Linda was born April 2, 1953, in Memphis, Tenn., to the late Verl Edward and Amy Inez Hall.

She is survived by two children, Heather Christina Rogers Weeks and husband, Josh, of Springdale, and Kenneth David Rogers Jr. and wife, Amy, of Springdale; five grandsons, Zachary Ryan Weeks, Sean David Rogers, Preston Stevens, Michael and Anthony Stout; also like a granddaughter, Jansen Williams; sister, Mary Ann Smiley of Olive Branch, Miss.; and like-a-sister, Kaye Maher of Oviedo, Fla.; sister-in-law, Eva Kay and husband, Rick Woolfolk; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Kaye Carrigan of Brandon, Miss., Eason Woolfolk of Lakewood, Ohio, Kathy Boyadjian of Collierville, Tenn., Kathy Joplin of Bay Springs, Miss., Mark Peacher of Brandon, Miss., Steve Peacher of Florence, Miss.; aunt, Shelby King of Collierville, Tenn., uncle, George Nichols of Bkytheville, Ark.; and numerous cousins in Arkansas, Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee. She is also survived by biological mother, Patricia Ann Bronson Diamanio of Jensen Beach, Fla.

Linda was a radiologic technologist trained at the Methodist Hospital, Tenn., and worked at Washington Regional Medical Center and Fayetteville VA Medical Center, and St. Dominic's Hospital and Hinds General in Jackson. Miss. She volunteered with senior citizens at the Lowell Senior Center, the Robinson Senior Apartments and at the Samaritan Center in Rogers as a dental assistant. She previously served on the YMCA Board of Directors, was a past Girl Scout leader and president of Concerned Parents in Jackson. Miss., also a past youth director at Lincoln and Morrow United Methodist Church, past president of the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Arkansas Apple Festival Arts and Crafts.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Fellowship Bible Church Chapel in Rogers, with Mickey Rapier officiating. Burial will follow in Bluff Cemetery.
