Joe Lee Kincy, 74, of Dyer, Arkansas died Tuesday, July 5, 2005, in a local hospital. He was born December 18, 1930, in Dyer, Arkansas. He was retired from the 188th Fighter Wing Air National Guard, a member of Dyer Church of Christ, Mulberry Remy Masonic Lodge, volunteer for Dyer Food Bank, a 1948 graduate of Alma High School and Draughons Business School.

Funeral was held at 10 a.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife (Geraldine Kincy); two daughters (Deborah Stephens, Tammy Cain); a son (Kim Kincy); four grandchildren (Christie Smith, Mary Kincy Cope, Adam Cain, Rachel Cain) ; and two great-grandchildren (Meagan Smith, Riley Smith).
