Hazel L Kincy, 80 of Van Buren, Arkansas died Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and retired from Allen Canning Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kincy.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Green of Pasedena, TX; three sons, Riley Kincy & Hugh Kincy both of Van Buren, Raymond Kincy of Arvin, CA; four brothers, Will Sill of Olathe, KS, A.B. Sill of Dyer, Glen Sill of OK, and Victor Sill of MtBurg; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
