WEST FORK — Louis R. Gaesswitz IV, 36, of West Fork died Feb. 19, 2008, at his home. He was born Feb. 23, 1971, in Fort Smith to Louis R. Gaesswitz Ill
and Elizabeth Watson.
He married Deborah Reed on June 5, 1998. He retired from the Marine Corps and was a member of the Paralyzed Veterans of America. He competed in the National Veterans Wheel Chair games.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Deborah Gaesswitz of the home; his mother, Elizabeth Starr of Winslow; four brothers, Guy Gaesswitz and wife Amy of Winslow, Eric Gaesswitz and wife Arianna of Winslow, Cael Gaesswitz of Winslow, Rhys Gaesswitz and wife Amanda of Winslow.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Winslow gymnasium.
Arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
The family requests memorials be made to the Arkansas Spinal Cord Commission, 4058 N. College, Suite 150, Fayetteville, 72703.
