Donald Ray Fletcher, 50, of Onia, Arkansas died June 11, 2009. He was born January 14, 1959 in Wichita, Kansas to Lenvel Fletcher and Shirley (Rose) Fletcher.
Don was of the Baptist faith. He worked in construction. Don was a loyal and loving friend to all who knew him. He kept a careful watch over his mother when he moved back to Stone County after working away for many years. He loved the outdoors and was happiest when in nature.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley of Onia; two sisters, Jennifer Green and husband Chris and Sherry Norrell and husband Tom; three nieces, Mackenzie and Mallory Green and Adrienne Norrell, two nephews, Rick and Seth Shumate all of Conway and many other loving relatives and friends.
Don was preceded in death by his father, Lenvel Emmitt Fletcher and his grandparents, Emmitt and Ella Fletcher and Dewey and Iva Rose.
Visitation is 9 -10 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Pordue Cemetery, Onia, Arkansas
Graveside service is 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Pordue Cemetery, Onia with Bro. Gary Cresswell and Bro. Eddy Lee officiating. Family and friends will be pallbearers..
