Ben Manley Toney, Jr, 73, of Fairfield Bay, AR passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in a Little Rock hospital.
He was born May 24, 1937 in Union, SC.

He was a retired US Navy Veteran having served in the Vietnam war, of Protestant Faith, a member of Fair Forest Masonic Lodge and a Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Acord Toney of the home; two daughters, Lynn Holland of FL and Pam Amick of SC; one son, Matt Toney of SC; one sister, Martha Toney of SC; one brother James Toney of SC; two step daughters, Pam Wells and Tonya Hornbeck both of AR; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
