Justice of the Peace, Crawford County, Ark
Robert E. "Bob" Mason, 81, of Georgia Ridge area near Alma passed away on August 5th at a Ft. Smith Hospital. He wasa longtime member of the Chastain Church of Christ, Past Master of Remy Lodge #487 of Mulberry and served as Justice of the Peace for the Crawford County Quorum Court for 2 terms, and a retired Farmer and Cattleman. Preceded in death by his parents, Raymond E. and Magnolia Meadors Mason; 4 brothers, Curtis, Raymond, John and Vaughn Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Mason of the home; 3 sons, Robert Mason, Jr. James H. Mason and Donald Mason all of Georgia Ridge; 7 grandchildren, Marty Mason, Elizabeth DeWater, Sara Lineberry, Chris Mason, Melissa Miller, Christie Rogers and David Mason; 12 great grandchildren; a brother, Joe Mason and wife Dale of Ft. Smith; 3 Sisters-in-law, Sue Mason and Juanita Mason both of Alma, Shirley Mason of Longview, TX and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Marty, Chris, David, James and Don Mason and Robert Mason, Jr.
