Services for Charlene Bone of Mt. Home will be at 11AM Friday at Kirby-Conner-Boaz Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Dillion officiating. Mrs. Bone died Wednesday (Jan 13, 1999) at her residence. She was 66.
Mrs. Bone was born Nov 21, 1932, at Big Flat, a daughter of Miller and Rosala Long Morris. She was a lifetime area resident and worked as a payroll clerk for Baxter County Regional Hospital. She was a member of the College and North Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Keith Bone of Bentonville and Roger Dale Bone and wife, Margie, of Houston, Texas, and Carolyn Sue Mruphy and husband, Eric, of Mt. Home; one brother, Donald Wayne Morris and wife, Fern, of Mt. Home; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9PM today at Kirby-Conner-Boaz Funeral Home. burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
Kirby-Conner-Boaz, Batesville Casket Company and the US Forest Service have provieded for the planting of a tree as a living memorial and tribute to Mrs. Bone.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
