GEORGE COTTRELL
George Monroe "Roe" Cottrell, 81, of Dyer, died Thursday in a Van Buren, Arkansas nursing home. A retired farmer and barber, he was a Baptist and had served in the Second World War.

His survivors include four sisters, and three brothers.

The funeral was held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Edwards Van-Alma funeral home and burial was at the Dyer Cemetery under their direction.
