MOUNTAIN HOME - A 6-year-old girl found submerged in water at a Lake Norfork swim beach Sunday died at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock on Monday, authorities said.
Frankie Lyn Tollen of Mountain Home died at 5:45 a.m. Monday after medical personnel transported her to Arkansas Children’s Hospital from Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, said Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery.
Family members found the girl under about 5 feet of water at the Cranfield swimming beach on the southwestern edge of Lake Norfork at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Montgomery said family members told deputies they began looking for the girl after she failed to return from a restroom at the beach.When deputies arrived, an off-duty Baxter Regional Medical Center emergency-room employee was administering CPR on the child.

FrankieLynn Tollen, (The Most Beautiful Smile to Lighten Any Room), age 6, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
FrankieLynn was born January 18, 2007, in Mountain Home. She is the daughter of Nicholas and Melissa; sister of Hannah, Nate and Ayden; great-granddaughter of Tilley (the late Frank), Dona (Jim), Nana, Papa and Janice Thompson; granddaughter of Grandma Mickey (Grandpa Mickey), Anna, Joe (Sheila); fond niece of Dawn (Cliff), Kevin, Jess (Jay), Krystal (Nick), Dusty, and Austin; cousin of Makayla, Samantha, Tiler and Braylon. She is also survived by her biological mother Krystin Seimetz.
The Funeral Service will be private. The family will receive friends from 12:30-3:30 P.M. on Thursday at Roller Funeral Home. Private interment will be in Galatia Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
