Mrs Elsie Putman, 31, died at a local hospital at 6:20 a m Sunday.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey Putman, a daughter, Syble Ann, a son, William Frederick "Buddy", a sister, Mrs Jack Spradlin of Kilgore, 3 brothers, R H McClain of New York, Fred McClain of Hot Springs, W H McClain of Texarkana.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p m Monday at the Hope Gospel Tabernacle with the Reverend H Paul Holdridge officating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Ray Luck, Hollis Luck, Guy E Bayse, Fred Robertson, Bill White and James Lauterbach.

The three brothers included R.H. (Russell Harding) McClain, W.B.(William Burton) McClain, and F.L. (Fredrick Glenwood) McClain.
Elsie's sister, Mrs. Jack Spradlin's name was Esther Corine McClain, everyone called her "Corine", or by her nickname "Tator Tot". Jack Spradlin died young and Corine remarried to Loyd Benton.
