Douglas Eugene Bibles, age 84, of Center Ridge, Arkansas passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 in Clinton. He was born June 29, 1928 in Austin, Texas. He retired from Naval Aviation in 1962 and later from Kennecott Copper Corporation in 1977. He worked in Austin, Texas until age 65 before moving to his farm in Center Ridge.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dana Marilyn Bibles; 3 sons: Gregory Allen Bibles of Silver City, New Mexico, Samuel Wayne Bibles of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Robert Douglas Bibles of North Little Rock, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 2:00p.m., Monday, January 14, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Chapel. Burial will be in Plant Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Clinton
