Mrs. Wade, of Seligman, MO, died January 2, 2006 at the Red Rose Inn in Cassville, MO. She was born August 1, 1915 in Grandfield OK to Jacob and Mary Ellen Steelman Booher. She married Frank Delmer Blair in 1934 in AR, and following his death in 1956, she married Arthur Mack Wade in 1963.
She was a nurse at the Van Buren County Memorial Hospital before her retiriement, and a charter member of Plant Baptist Chuch. Preceded in death by her husbands; a son, a daughter, a granddaughter, and 12 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a daughter, Edna Davis of Lampe, MO; two sons, Dean Blair of Conway, AR and Harold Blair of Seligman, MO; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
