Charles H. "CJ" Johnson

Mr. Charles H. "CJ" Johnson, 58, of Hamburg, died Friday,
July 1, 2005, at the Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway.
A native of Transylvania, LA; a resident of Clinton, for the past three
years, he had lived in Hamburg for 32 years. He was a welder at
the Georgia-Pacific Paper mill, retiring in 1998 after 23 years of
service, and he was a Baptist.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Ford Johnson of Clinton; four
daughters, Nickie Robertson of Crossett; Traci Skahill and Christi Sanchez of Columbus, OH, and Kelly Mangrum of Lake Village;
four brothers, David Johnson of Columbia, LA, Billy Johnson of
Wasken, TX, Marion Johnson of Bastrop, LA, and Cliffton Johnson
of Shreveport, LA; four sisters, Earestine Odam and Ima Jean
Hostitter of Wasken, TX, Eloise Litton of Shreveport and Lula Bell
Suire of Monroe, LA; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in
death by his parents, Leon and Lena Mae Adams Johnson; two
brothers, Jerry and Lonnie Johnson and a sister, Marie Dewitt.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Monday July 4, in the chapel of
Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home in Hamburg with Rev. Roy Craig
officiating. Grave-side services were at 4 p.m., Monday at the
Plant Cemetery north of Clinton with Rev. David Williams officiating.
