Jason “Jay” Alan Churches, 41, of Clinton, AR.
Went to be with the Lord, Tuesday November 8, 2011. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly.
Jay was born in Los Angeles, Ca., on November 12, 1969 and spent all but the first 13 years of his life in the Alread/Clinton area of Arkansas.
Jay loved life, family, & friends; he touched so many with his outgoing, fun-loving personality. He especially enjoyed family outings of camping, four-wheeling and barbequing with his wife and kids. Jay could do just about anything he put his mind to and usually kept himself busy.
Jay is survived by his wife Renee, Children: Ashley 14, Jacob 12, Jay Landon 1, Father: Eugene Churches of Shirley, and Mary, Mother: Mary Churches of Shirley, and Eddie, Sister: Barbara Carrington and Rick, Brothers: Michael “Mike” Churches and Lisa, Robert “Bobby” Churches, Andrew “Andy” Churches, and Randolph “Randy” Churches, Nieces and Nephews: Alexandra 17, Katelynn 16, Brittany 16, Michael 14, Eric 13, Jesse Kyi 11, and Andrew Joseph 7.
Jay will be missed by many.
Visitation will be 2:00-4:00pm Sunday, November 13, 2011 and Funeral Service will be 3:00pm Monday, November 14, 2011 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas with Pastor Ester Bass officiating. Pallbearers: Charlie Clute, Lynn Gaddy,Brett Blakney, Mike Fritz, Brian Qualls and David King. Burial will follow at Plant Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Arkansas.
