Thomas Henry Dewbre, 90, 209 S. Second St., Gravette, died May 7 in Gravette Medical Center. Born Jan. 31, 1885, near Vaughn, he was the son of Henry Clay and Jane Jackson Dewbre, early Northwest Arkansas pioneers. He was a member of the Church of Christ, a retired farmer and a lifetime resident of Benton County.
Survivors include one son, Earl L. Dewbre, Gravette, one daughter, Mrs. Opal Prevost, Glendale, Ore; one sister, Mrs. Mary Potter, West Siloam Springs, Okla.; seven grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in Burns Funeral Chapel, Bentonville, with Walter Buchanan officiating. Burial will be in Coffelt Cemetery under the direction of Burns of Bentonville.
