John Marion Hobbs, 63, of Rudy, Arkansas died Sunday, June 2, 1996, at a local hospital. He was a cattle rancher and member of Oliver Springs Freewill Baptist Church where he was a song leader and Fine Springs Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter; two sons; and four grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Oliver Springs Freewill Baptist Church. Burial was at Morrison Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the men's Sunday school class at Oliver Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the CTS program of Oliver Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
