Hugh Hutcheson, Sr., 76, Flag entered into rest March 21, 2008.

He was born January 5, 1932 in Guntown, Mississippi to Jessie Hugh Hutcheson and Mary Ann Martha (Hays) Hutcheson. He was a self-educated and a business man.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Joyce (Powell) Hutcheson; a son, Hays Hutcheson, Jr. and wife Kim of Flag, four daughters, Belinda Joyce Hutcheson and Virginia Lee Barslund and husband Roy all of Flag; Debra Colleen Criger of San Clemente, Calif. and Martha Lavina Schneirla and husband Ted of Moses Lake, Wash.; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Jack Hutches and wife Mary Lou and Cecil Hutcheson and wife Beverly all of Amarillo, Texas and four sisters, Lorene Hix of Dawn, Texas, Deannie Morris and husband Freddie of Umbarger, Tex., Birdie Sharpe of Amarillo, Tex., and Rosie Parvin and husband Noel Ray of Amarillo, Tex.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.

Visitation is Noon to 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Angora Mtn. Community Church in Flag.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Angora Mtn. Community Church with Bro. Fred Whitelaw officiating and interment in Angora Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Fred Morris, Lee Criger, Ardy Reed, James Ragan, Cecil Hutcheson and Ted Schneirla. Honorary pallbearers are Roy Barslund, Tim Tilson and Joshua Bommer.

Roller Coffman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
