Hickman, W P - The body of W P Hickman arrived Saturday from Illinois accompanied by the wife of the deceased and interment was made that afternoon in the city cemetery under the auspices of the local Odd Fellows. Mr Hickman was for many years a resident of Benton county, was the postmaster at Brightwater, and later lived a year or two in Rogers, living over the King meat market. From here they went to Mena, Ark to be near her sister, Mrs Ed Wolfe. Mr. Hickman's health had been failing for some time and he was taken to Ohio last spring. He was a member of the G.A.R.
