NEEDMORE - T.O. Spellman Croft, 81, of the Needmore community, died Tuesday at his home. He was a retired iron worker and farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Lavona Yancey of Melbourne and Bobbie Smith of Evening Shade; a brother, Henry Croft of Plato, Mo.; four sisters, Bernell Cole and Janta Downing, both of Sidney, Billie Steele of Pineville and Kay Robertson of Caulfield, Mo.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sidney Baptist Church with Alvin Wiles officiating. Burial will follow in the Yeager Cemetery at Needmore under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Randy Smith, Michael Yancey, Gary Bales, Rickey Yancey, James Wolfe and Sonny Cole will serve as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers include Wendell Turner, David Croft, Terry Ford, Delmus Caraway, Bill Westmoreland and Bill Moore.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
