Maurice S Hutto, 84, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2009. He was born August 26, 1925 in Galena, Kansas, and moved to Bee Branch, Arkansas, at a young age. He was the son of Seth M and Annie Hutto. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He then traveled the world, working at sea, and retired in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He loved his work, his travels, his home, his family and he was a Baptist. He was a kind, happy and generous man and loved by many. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, J V Hutto; and a brother-in-law, Jack L Thomas.

He is survived by his sister, Joyce H Thomas; a nephew, Steve L Thomas (wife Kathy and daughter Abby); and a niece Melinda B Martin (husband Kirby and son Matthew).
