This was the home of Adam Rogers & Emma M. Pettey Rogers. This house was blown away by the tornado of 1927. The William L Rogers family lived there at the time. It killed William, his wife Addie and his daughter Wynell Faye. Their three boys, Home, Oris and Thomas Calvin (T C) lived through the tornado and were raised by their grandparetns: Catherine (Kate) and Louis L Rogers
