1915 - 1996
A.J. served in the Navy in the Pacific during World War II. He was a retired Railway Mail Clerk. Merle was born in Plummerville, Arkansas and came to Siloam Springs, Arkansas in 1938. They were married in 1939. She was a retired English Teacher. They had two Children, Michael James born in 1942 an Jane Ellen born in 1946.
