Rebecca A. Griffin, age 93, of Canton, Georgia, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2011. Born in Higden, Arkansas, on September 18, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Bessie (Turney) Beck.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Amos Griffin, who passed away in 1985.
Mrs. Griffin is survived by her daughter, Betty Blalock; and great-granddaughter, Jessica Samanie.
