IMELDA MARY WHITBEY, 92, of Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, Dec 29, 2012. She was born on Saturday, Aug 21, 1920, in Morrison Bluff to the late Frank and Lonie (Kreese) Neuman. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a member of the Altar Society and Catholic Women's Union. She is survived by her sons, Bill Whitbey (Rita), Jerome Whitbey (Theresia), Eddie Whitbey (Lisa), Larry Whitbey (Sandy), and Dennis Whitbey (Kelley); daughters, Joan Mayes (Dennis) and Mary Edwards (Rick); 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, William Thomas Whitbey Jr; grandson, Kevin Whitbey; great-granddaughter, Lillian Henson; and brother, Martin Neuman. Her grandsons, Chris Whitbey, Jeff Whitbey, Roderick Edwards, Chad Edwards, Michael Mayes, Scott Mayes, and Sam Geyer will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Whitbey.
