Gary Daniel Graham, 24, son of Gary and Pat Blankenship Graham of Melbourne, was born on Feb. 22, 1980, in Salem, Ark. He died Aug. 7, 2004, in Springfield, Mo.. He was a 1998 graduate of Melbourne High School. He attended Ozarka College and received an associate degree. He was a member of Belview Baptist Church in Melbourne. Survivors include his parents -- Gary and Pat Blankenship Graham of the home; a sister, Kelly Graham of Melbourne; a niece, Bethany Graham of Melbourne; and his paternal grandmother, Willa Graham of Melbourne. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dempsey Graham and maternal grandparents, -- R.D. and Hazel Blankenship. The funeral was Aug. 9 at Belview Baptist Church with Tim Porter and Kevin Johnson officiating. Burial was a Knob Creek Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home of Melbourne. Pallbearers were Brad Blankenship, Lane Garrison, Rusty Campbell, Travis Lawrence, Jacob Trotter and Josh Blankenship. Honorary pallbearers were Anthony Howard, Joe Cooper, Robert Cooper, Jim Cooper, Eddie Cooper, Leslie Cooper, Doyle Cooper, Wally Guthrie, Shane Graham and Bryan Campbell.
