Mr Paul E Carney of Rudy, Arkansas, died Wednesday, February 11, 2009, in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mr Carney was 77 years, 2 months, and 12 days old. He was a retired truck driver; a member of the VFW; a United States Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict; and a member of the 71 Freewill Baptist Church.
Mr Carney was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Naoma; a daughter: Pauletta Pruvis, of Van Buren, Arkansas; a son Gary Carney, Sr, of Van Buren, Arkansas; a brother: Grover Carney, Jr, of Rudy, Arkansas; 6 precious grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many good friends.
Pallbearers were his grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
