Oldest Resident of Augusta AR Dies at 94
Mrs Senia Elizabeth Headen, 94 died Friday, March 9, 1951 Born in Alabama, she came to Augusta via Steamboat and Oxcart in 1880 at the age of 24 from Bolivar, TN and lived in Augusta ever since.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors included three daughters: Flora Schol, Mrs R.S. Davisof Augusta AR Mrs CM Dailey, Kansas City MO and a son, Pat Headen , Richland MO
14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 10am Saturday in the home of Mrs. Schol by Rev WV Womack Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery Augusta AR
