*Obituary
Mrs. Jewel Imogene Neel, age 82, of Paragould, died Wednesday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Born at Leachville, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Cassie Hamilton Underwood and had been a lifelong resident of northeast Arkansas and southeast Missouri. She was the widow of Mr. Cecil Neel and a member of the New Providence Baptist Church in the Buckeye community near Leachville.
Survivors:
2 sons, Tommy Neel of Paragould, and Allan Neel of Kennett, MO
1 daughter, Linda Hutchison of Paragould
1 sister, Mavis Neel of Sodus, Michigan
She also leaves 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1pm Saturday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville. Burial will follow in the Box Elder Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Friday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Guest register @ www.HowardFuneralService.com
